Revocation instruction for the consumer

Consumers are entitled to a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following conditions, whereby consumers are any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes which can not be predominantly attributable to their commercial or self-employed activities:

You have the right to revoke this contract within 14 days without giving reasons. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date on which you or a third party you have named, which is not the carrier, has or has taken possession of the last product.

Consequences of revocation

If you revoke this agreement, we will refund you the amount of the goods immediately and at the latest within 14 days from the date on which the notification of your revocation of this contract has been received by us. For such repayment, we use the same payment you used in the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; In no case will you be charged for these repayment fees. We may refuse the repayment until we have recovered the goods or until you have proved that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier. You must immediately return the goods to us or in any case at the latest within 14 days from the date on which you inform us of the revocation of this contract. The deadline is respected when you send the goods before the deadline of 14 days.

They bear the immediate cost of returning the goods.

You must only pay for a possible loss of value of the goods if this loss in value is attributable to a handling which is not necessary for the purpose of checking the quality, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion or premature termination of the right of revocation

The right of revocation expires prematurely in the case of contracts for the supply of goods, if these have been inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery due to their nature.

General information:

1. Please avoid damage and contamination of the goods. If possible, please return the goods to us in original packaging with all accessories and with all packaging components. If necessary, use a protective outer packaging. If you no longer own the original packaging, please provide suitable packaging for adequate protection against transport damage.

2. Please do not send the goods to us without being responsible.

3. Please note that the above paragraphs 1-2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of revocation.
